| 摘 要： | 通过对市场经济规律中的卖方市场与买方市场理论进行分析，得出图书馆所提供的服务也处于一种买方市场状态，图书馆要认清这一形势，用市场经济观念来指导与改善自己的服务，促使图书馆事业得到进一步的发展。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the market economy laws of both the rulers＇ market and the buyers＇ market this article concludes that the service which the library provides also belongs to the state of the buyers＇ market. The library must clearly recognize this situation, lead and improve the service work with the guidance of the market economy concept so as to promote the further development of library cause. |
