| 摘 要： | 随着高新技术在版权产业领域的广泛应用,新兴版权产业的版权保护问题日益凸显。本文从新兴版权产业的概念和特征入手,阐述新兴版权产业的范围,针对新兴版权产业发展中存在的版权保护问题,提出完善版权保护的对策。

| Abstract: | With the high-tech technology in a wide range of application of the copyright industries,the problems of copyright protection of new copyright industries is becoming increasingly prominent.Started with the conception and feature of new copyright industries,the paper elaborates the scope of new copyright industries,analyzes the problems in the development of new copyright industries.Some countermeasures are put forward aiming at solving the problems of copyright protection existed in the new copyright industries. |
