| 摘 要： | 在世界经济结构不断调整,服务贸易国际竞争力日益成为一国国际竞争力重要指标之一,以及中国外贸发展方式亟待转型升级的大背景下,本文从服务贸易出口技术内涵的角度,进一步深化认识了中国服务贸易出口竞争力及其变化趋势。结论表明:伴随中国服务贸易出口规模的不断扩大,其出口技术复杂度指数排名也得到了快速提升,并且进入较高位次;然而,中国服务贸易相对出口技术复杂度指数却仍然处于本文所选样本国(地区)的"均值"水平。上述事实表明,目前中国服务贸易出口技术内涵仍然偏低,大力发展服务贸易的任务不仅在于"量"的扩张,更应注重"质"的提升。立足现实比较优势,抓住后危机时代发展服务贸易,特别是承接"服务外包"的重要战略机遇,是实现中国服务贸易转型升级和提高技术内涵的可行路径。

| Abstract: | Under the background that rapid adjustment of world economic structure,competitiveness of service trade has been becoming one of the most important index measuring a nation’s total competitiveness,and the demand for upgrading of China’s foreign trade development way,this paper provides a new insight into competitiveness of China’s service trade and its involvement trend from the point of export sophistication concept.Conclusion finds that: export sophistication also increases with the growth of China’s service trade,and enters into high rankings.however,export sophistication of China’s service trade is close to the mean of sample nations’ export sophistication.The above mentioned facts shows that export sophistication of China’s service trade is still low.Base on the realistic comparative advantage,to grasp the important strategic opportunity of developing service trade especially service outsourcing during post-crisis era,can be a feasible choice in realizing upgrading of China’s service trade and increasing its sophistication. |
