| 摘 要： | 本文从体育欣赏的意义、体育文化、沙滩排球竞赛的体育精神、沙滩排球的运动史、沙滩排球的比赛过程、规则、比赛结果等角度,探讨了如何欣赏沙滩排球运动的问题,旨在提高我们对沙滩排球运动的认识水平,进一步激发我们对沙滩排球运动的参与和学习的激情,从而提高欣赏者和参与者的体育文化素养。
