| 摘 要： | 住房保障支出对社会公平会产生直接的影响。由于我国的住房保障支出水平一直很低,因此,住房保障支出对社会公平的影响并不明显。本文运用协整检验理论分析我国2005年1月至2008年7月住房保障支出与基尼系数之间的相互关系。模型分析的结论是:住房保障支出对基尼系数的影响确定,总体大致呈现一定的负相关关系;住房保障支出是基尼系数的格兰杰成因,但是基尼系数却不是住房保障支出的格兰杰成因;该模型的最终结论是,2005年1月至2008年7月间住房保障支出与基尼系数之间存在稳定的比例关系。
