| 摘 要： | 伴随着大学生就业难问题的出现,近年来就业困难大学生群体日益引起政府、学校和社会的关注。然而,人们对就业困难的概念认知与就业困难大学生的群体界定并不一致,从而影响了对这一群体就业帮扶的策略。在对就业困难大学生的就业帮扶中,人为的缩小范围,不利于解决问题,而人为地扩大问题对象,同样难以采取有针对性的帮扶对策。因此,首先需要科学认识就业困难概念的内涵指向,厘清就业困难大学生群体的范围界定,再采取有针对性的帮扶对策。

| Abstract: | The employment difficulties that college graduates are facing have drawn great attention from the government, school, and society. However, the unclear definition and concept of ＂college graduates with employment difficulties＂ makes negative impact on the application of aiding strategy. No matter a broader scope or narrower scope of the target group,the efficiency will be affected. Therefore, a clearer definition is needed to make a clear scope of this group of people. |
