| 摘 要： | 高校学报著作权的主体是高校学报的主办单位,高校学报著作的客体是高校学报，高校学报著作权的内容包括作品刊用权、编辑加工权等八项权利。高校学报应从增强著作权法意识、与作者签订出版合同、积极加入著作权集体管理组织等方面入手加强自身著作权的保护。
