我国高校教师绩效评价结果应用的若干问题

摘    要:高校教师绩效评价结果的应用是整个教师评价体系的重要组成部分。文章着重分析了我国高校教师绩效评价结果应用的途径、方法、原则。在剖析目前存在问题的基础上提出了若干对策建议。

Abstract:The application of teachers' performance appraisal results presents to be one of the important components for the teacher's appraisal system as a whole.In this paper,it stresses on the analysis of the ways,methods and principles of the application of leachers' performance ap- praisal results,on that basis,some suggestions are given to the problems put forward in this paper.
