| Abstract: | The application of teachers' performance appraisal results presents to be one of the important components for the teacher's appraisal system as a whole.In this paper,it stresses on the analysis of the ways,methods and principles of the application of leachers' performance ap- praisal results,on that basis,some suggestions are given to the problems put forward in this paper. |
