| Abstract: | In order to know and master the physical fitness c on dition of adult in Taiyuan city, this article evaluates the level of health. Thr ough analyzing the index of body physique, function and athletics quality, the a uthor analyzes and discusses the changing rule and characteristics of physical f itness of adult in Taiyuan city. Based on existing problems, some constructive s uggestions are put forwarded. |
