| 摘 要： | 从我国经济发展水平、政治环境、社会环境、法制环境、居民的文化素质和消费水平等方面进行分析,得出我国已具备从体育大国向体育强国跨越发展的条件和可能性,并提出:1)各级体育管理者须进一步解放思想,转变观念,切实树立新的体育发展观;2)中国由体育大国向体育强国跨越发展就必须坚持并完善举国体制,这是中国特色社会主义的本质决定的,否则不能谈跨越发展;3)完善体育体制和加强体育机制创新,增强体育事业发展的后劲;4)拓宽体育事业发展的融资渠道,采取举国体制和体育市场运作相结合的方式,解决体育资金的投入等建议.
