| 摘 要： | 这项研究旨在研制一种称为生态乳的新型酸奶并通过对该制品内的营养成份和微生物进行分析,得出生态乳的安全性、营养价值以及有益菌生理活性均很好的结论.

| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to develop a new type of yogurt named as ecomilk and analyse the nutzients and microorganisms in the product. The study results revealed that both the safety, the nutritional value, and the activity of the beneficial bacteria of ecomilk are excellent. |
