| 摘 要： | 考核评价教师，是建设优秀教师队伍、提高学校办学水平的需要。在以就业为导向的职业教育中，要发挥教师考核评价的导向作用，不仅要考核教师的常规教学情况，还要考核其实践教学能力、指导学生动手能力和使用现代化辅助教学手段的能力，促进学校“双师型”教师队伍的建设，为培养技能型人才奠定坚实的基础。
