| 摘 要： | 隐私保护的范围,我国法律缺乏明确的规定。概括与列举相结合的方式无法解决隐私相对性固有的矛盾,应该从主观意愿、利益及法律原则、价值取向三个尺度来把握隐私受保护的范围。
