| 摘 要： | 格式条款是现代经济的产物,它剥夺了契约相对方的意思自治,是对契约自由原则的背叛。但是,格式合同在现代生活中又是必不可少的。本篇论文主要通过对我国格式条款和德国一般交易条款的内容控制的介绍,为我国格式条款中的内容控制的立法完善提出建议。
