| 摘 要： | 教育行动研究是将“行动”与“研究”两者合而为一的一种研究方式,本文追溯了教育行动研究的发展历史,界定了基本概念,阐述了其主要特征,分析了计划、实施、观察和反思四个方面的实施步骤,并探讨了对我国教师的培养模式、教育研究方式等方面的启示意义。

This paper traces back on the devel- opment of educational action research, defines the basic concept, sets forth its major features, and analyzes four aspects of the implementation steps of planning, implementation, observation and reflection, and explores the inspiration of teachers＂ training modes and education and research methods for China. |
