摘    要:基于产业链的角度,通过深入剖析上、中、下游各个环节的优势和存在的问题,从强化基础研究服务能力、发挥港澳专业服务优势、合力推动科技成果转移孵化、促进科技服务业融合发展等方面,有针对性地提出粤港澳大湾区科技服务业协同发展的对策建议.

Abstract:Science and technology service industry is an important part of the construction of science and technology innovation system in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. Based on the perspective of industrial chain, through in-depth analysis of the advantages and existing problems of the upstream, middle and downstream links, this paper proposes to strengthen the service capacity of basic research, give full play to the advantages of professional services in Hong Kong and Macao, work together to promote the transfer and incubation of scientific and technological achievements, and promote the integrated development of scientific and technological services, This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated development of science and technology service industry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
