| 摘 要： | 我国高校普遍存在高收费及收费依据相对模糊的状况，这一现象已极大地冲击了高等教育的资源配置，并对学生择校和专业选择产生了负面影响，使得高等教育的公平公正性受到前所未有的挑战。针对这一状况，本文将提出若干思考与对策。

| Abstract: | The highly-charged tuition fee with dubious reasons have seriously influenced the resource distribution in higher education sector. It also had led the of student classification according to their payment ability. The Chinese higher education now is encountering an unprecedented challenge of improving the social equity. This article tries to put forward some suggestion and measures. |
