| Abstract: | The relation of finance and its operation environment is interacted.There existed problems such as financial operation environment development is uneven,the legal system is not fully operated and the credit system is incompletion.In oder to promote the normal development of finance healthly some effective measures should be taken to improve the existing financial operation enviornment. |
