| 摘 要： | 第一次“台湾危机”是中美两国在朝鲜停战后围绕问题的初次交锋。在这次危机中,中美双方围绕一个中国的原则展开了激烈斗争。中国政府决定炮击金门,是为了通过有限的军事行动,在全世界面前突出台湾问题,表明中国维护一个中国原则的坚守立场;而美国政府给自己的脖颈上套绞索,则是其推行“划峡而治”、“两个中国”政策的必然;作为这场危机的结局而开始的中美大使级会谈,则成为中国政府反对美国制造“两个中国”图谋的另一特殊方式。

| Abstract: | The first "Taiwan Straits Crisis" is the Preliminary confrontation between China and America around the question of Taiwan after the Korean armistice agreement was signed. In this crisis arose between the two countries a fierce struggle over the one china policy. And this leads the Chinese government a decision on bombarding Jinmen with the intention that through the limited military actions the question of Taiwan would be brought to the world's attention, and the firm Stand China upholds on the One China policy would clearly be demonstrated throughout the world; while it would make clear the cause for the American government having a noose put aruond its own neck is the inevitable result from its pursuing the policy of "governing separately along the Taiwan Stracts", i.e. the "Two China" policy. The ambassadorial talks begun between the two countries as the final upshot of that crisis are in fact another special way for the Chinese government to fight against the plot of "Two China" concocted by the American government. |
