| 摘 要： | 目前,高校招投标监督工作中存在一些问题:监督制度不完善,管理机制效率不高,监督过程不完整,重程序、轻内容,监督人员专业单一,缺少招投标监督管理方面应有的综合业务知识。加强招投标监督管理应该注重以下几方面:出台监督细则,规范监督程序,扩宽监督渠道,突出重点,把握关键。另外,在合理配备纪检监察人员的同时,要不断强化干部队伍的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Problems in present supervision of college and university biddings include imperfect supervision system,poor management efficiency,incomplete process of supervision,excessive emphasis on supervision procedures at the expense of the content of supervision,limited professional fields of the supervision stuff,and their inadequate knowledge of supervision.To strengthen bidding supervision management,attention should be given to the following aspects:formulating detailed supervision rules;standardizing supervision procedures;expanding channels of supervision;foregrounding the important and the key points of supervision.Besides,it is necessary to update the qualities of the supervision teams. |
