| 摘 要： | 基于组织社会化理论,构建了旅游类本科专业实习效果影响因子模型;在问卷调查的基础上,借助SPSS17.0软件,采用主成分分析法提取影响实习效果的公共因子,对模型进行了优化.以每个主因子评价平均分为横轴,以每个主因子权重为纵轴绘制象限图,运用象限图评价实习效果影响因子,确定改善实习效果工作的重点.

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the theory of Organizational socialization,constructs the factor model of internship effect about tourism undergraduate major.On the basis of the questionnaire,with the help of SPSS 17.0 software,the principal component analysis is employed to get the general elements which affect internship and optimize the established model.With the average score of each main elements' evaluation as axis of abscissas,with the weight of each main elements as axis of ordinates,the quadrant map is drawn and utilized to evaluate the factors which internship effect influences and thus learn how to improve the work of internship. |
