| Abstract: | This paper makes research on the Guangxi college students' participation in volleyball by means of literature,interview and questionnaire.The results show that they have a low participation in this activity.The inefficient propaganda,organization and funding subjectively affect the youth's interest in volleyball because of their insufficient understanding of the body-building and entertainment value of volleyball.Objectively,its poor popularization in middle school and primary school result in the students' low skills in volleyball.Similarly,the poor sports facilities in college and the inefficient propaganda affect the further development of volleyball in college.Thus,it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of volleyball,place emphasis on the development of volleyball in middle school and primary school.Meanwhile,organizing all kinds of volleyball games and setting up activity clubs can also promote the development of volleyball in college. |
