| 摘 要： | 大学生的思想政治教育是高校教育管理工作的一项系统工程,具有科学性和艺术性。本文着眼于高校辅导员工作能力和水平的提高,着重强调三项“艺术”即:辅导员的管理艺术、谈话艺术和形象艺术在高校思想政治教育工作中的运用及意义。
