| 摘 要： | 通过实地考察、专家访谈等方法,从全面建设小康社会出发,对陕西省建设农村“小康体育”的实践进行科学分析,认为新世纪陕西省农村体育工作向着更健康方向发展,全民健身工程稳步前进,人民生活透视出基本具备建设陕西省农村小康体育的条件;资金、组织建设、思想重视程度等依然是影响全面建设小康体育进程的主要因素。

| Abstract: | From the view of building the well-off society,this thesis carries on scientific analysis of building the rural well-off sports in Shaanxi province by practical research and interview,etc.It concludes that the cause of sports in the new era is developing healthier.Nation-wide body-building is going on steadily and people's living conditions paves the way to building well-off sports.However,fund,organization and ideology are still the main factors that affect the building of well-off sports. |
