| 摘 要： | 人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新是高校的四大基本职能,其中以人才培养为根本任务,以科学研究为助推力。科研反哺教学是二者的有机结合,对更有效地持续提高高校实力、培养综合素质人才具有现实意义。对此文章以国内科研反哺教学研究状况为主体对象,与临床医学教学结合,从基本概念、现实意义、实践探索三个方面进行综述。

| Abstract: | The four basic functions of colleges and universities include talent training,scientific research,social services and cultural heritage innovation,among which talent cultivation is regarded as the fundamental task,and scientific research is regarded as the driving force.Combining two above coordinated,the mode of scientific research nurturing teaching has practical significance for both the continuously improvement of the strength and the cultivation of comprehensive quality talents for the colleges.Taking the research status of domestic research and feedback teaching as the main object,combining with clinical medical teaching,this paper summarizes from three aspects:basic concept,practical significance and practical exploration. |
