| 摘 要： | 为解决农村基层卫生工作相对薄弱的问题,南京医科大学于2017年面向江苏省部分地区招收农村订单定向培养从事全科医疗的五年制本科临床医学专业学生。通过调查问卷、个人约谈以及成绩分析,对2017级定向培养学生的培养模式进行了初步的效果评价,对后续提升对策做了探析。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of relatively weak rural health care work in our province,in 2017 Nanjing Medical University recruited rural orders in some areas of the Jiangsu Province to train five-year undergraduate clinical medical students to engage in general medical treatment.Through questionnaires,personal interviews,and learning effect analysis,this paper conducts a preliminary evaluation of the training mode of the medical students who enrolled in 2017 and are directed-educated for rural communities.Moreover,it also makes an analysis of the subsequent improvement measures. |
