摘    要:文章介绍了微生物学实践教学的意义及其相关教学内容,并在微生物学实践教学中引入PDCA循环模式。PDCA循环管理有助于提高微生物实验室的安全管理水平,有效维护仪器设备的良好运行状态,节约试剂耗材,提高实验教学效果,保持良好的卫生条件,合理安排各类实验项目等,从而充分发挥实验室的使用效率。PDCA循环应用于微生物学实践教学是一种行之有效的管理模式。

Abstract:The significance of microbiology practice teaching and related teaching contents were introduced in this paper.And PDCA cycle mode was applied in in microbiology course practice teaching.PDCA cycle management is beneficial to improve the safety management level of microbiology laboratory,effectively maintain the good running state of instruments and equipment,save reagents and consumables,enhance experimental teaching effect,maintain good sanitary conditions,reasonably arrange various experimental projects,etc.Thus,the laboratory efficiency might be greatly improved.Applying PDCA cycle in microbiology course practice teaching is an effective management mode.
