| 摘 要： | 基于"放管服"背景,将对发达国家高校内部治理体系变革的分析与国内的研究现状相结合,对高校内部治理体系变革问题进行深入探究。从理论原则、体制机制、影响因素等方面着手,采用数据包络分析方法,以高校投入产出为基础建立和形成指标评价体系模型,同时采用定性与定量评价相结合的方法,对某校的投入产出数据进行带入计算和统计回归分析,得出各个院系治理效率的排名。以计算结果为支撑,为不同高校进行内部治理体系变革提供参考和借鉴,以期为相关领域的研究提供一些新的研究启示与帮助。

| Abstract: | The study is based on the background of "Power Delegation,Management,and Service". It combines the analysis of the transformation of the efficient internal governance system in developed countries with the domestic research status,and makes a thorough study of the transformation of the internal governance system in universities.Starting from the aspects of theoretical principles,institutional mechanisms and influencing factors,this paper adopts DEA method,establishes and forms an index evaluation system model based on input and output of colleges and universities. At the same time,it adopts an evaluation mechanism combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation.The input and output data of the universities are brought into the calculation and statistical regression analysis,and the ranking of the internal governance system operation efficiency of universities is obtained. The calculation results provide reference for the internal governance system reform of different colleges and universities. The purpose of this paper is to provide some new research inspiration and help for the research in related fields. |
