| 摘 要： | "分子生物学实验"作为生命科学领域基础课程,是一门实践性学科。该文通过论证,对教学内容进行更新,引进综合性实验,提升学生的综合能力;基于现代信息技术,对分子生物学实验课程教学进行了较大幅度的改革,以期取得更好的实验教学效果,提高学生运用知识的能力和科研素质。

| Abstract: | As a basic course in the field of life science,Molecular Biology experiment is a practical subject.In this paper,the teaching content is updated,the comprehensive experiment is introduced,and the students’comprehensive ability is improved.based on modern information technology,the teaching of molecular biology experiment course has been reformed greatly in order to obtain better experimental teaching effect and improve the students’ability to use knowledge and scientific research quality. |
