| 摘 要： | 以滨海小城市惠安城区为例,从城市社会空间结构和城市生活空间结构的相关理念着手,分析出城市生活空间质量不断受到关注和欲望搬迁原理评价生活空间质量的人本真实性;阐述了案例区的基本概况、社区发展过程并对社区进行划分;基于欲望搬迁原理对其城市内部居住生活空间质量进行人本综合评价与分析,将惠安城区的居住生活空间质量分成4个等级。
