粉煤灰、矿渣掺量对混凝土强度的影响

摘    要:配制了一批不同龄期的C30矿渣粉煤灰混凝土,进行全面系统的试验研究与对比分析.研究了粉煤灰、矿渣和减水剂对混凝土强度性能的影响.试验结果表明:C30矿渣粉煤灰混凝土的矿渣最佳掺量为20%~30%;掺入减水剂后,更使混凝土的孔隙率减小、界面改善、泌水性降低并易于施工;同时,混凝土的抗压强度得到明显提高.

Abstract:A series of C30 concrete were prepared with various dosages of fly ash and slag of different ages to study systematically the effect of the dosage amount.The influence of test variables in-cluding fly ash,slag and water reducing agent on the strength and property of concrete was researched.The results indicate that the optimum slag dosage of C30 concrete is 20%~30%;that when water-reducing agent is added to the concrete,the porosity of the concrete is reduced with improved interface,less bleeding,better wor...
