| 摘 要： | 紧扣政府信息化建设的内涵和重点,提出一个目标、两个基点、三个阶段的跨越式发展模式,并结合广东省政务信息化的现状和特点,介绍4种省级政务信息化的建设对策,同时指出这些对策对于提升政府行政办公效能、行政业务管理效能、政府决策效能和信息服务覆盖效能的促进作用,以及对政府职能转变和政府职能规划的推动和影响。
