| 摘 要： | 运用社会学、法学和政治学的相关理论,以公民体育场地的使用为切入点,对公民体育权利的保障的第三方部门监督机制问题进行研究。研究认为:公民体育权利保障的第三方部门监督是建设社会主义和谐社会的基本要求,也是公民体育权利有效保障和实现的重要途径;公民体育权利保障的第三方部门监督的实现要以加强立法,提高第三方部门的法律地位为基础,以政府扶持为依托,不断完善内部组织结构,提高工作效率。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of questionnaire,expert discussion method,external perspective and theory of sociology,law and political science,as the starting of the sports ground of citizens,the author has made a research on the third-party department supervision of physical rights of citizens.The research shows: Physical protection of the rights of citizens of third sector supervision is building a socialist harmonious society,the basic requirement for effective protection of the rights of citizens’ taking part in sporting;protection of the rights of citizens of third-party sports departments to strengthen supervision of the implementation of legislation to improve the third-party department based on the legal status,the government "support" as the basis to continuously improve the internal organizational structure and work efficiency. |
