摘    要:研究了以中空球形壳聚糖固定As1 .398中性蛋白酶的方法 ,分析了戊二醛浓度、给酶量对固定化的影响 ,并对固定化酶的性质进行了讨论 ,实验结果显示 ,戊二醛质量浓度为 4 % ,每克载体给酶量 2 5mg时 ,酶活力回收为 65 .4% ,固定化酶的热稳定性、pH稳定性及乙醇的稳定性均高于游离酶

Abstract:A method is proposed to immobilize As1.398 neutral proteinase with globular chitosan. Analysis is given to the effects of glutaraldehyde concentration and the ratio of proteinase on the immobilization with discussions on the nature of the immobilized enzyme. Experiment records show that wit 4% of glutaraldehyde and the average ratio of proteinase 25mg per gram,the recycling rate of proteinase can be as high as 65.4%,and the stabilities of the immobilized enzyme,of the pH value and of alcohol are obviously higher than of free enzyme.
