摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定复方氨酚烷胺片中咖啡因的方法。在流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为70:30)、检测波长为270 nm、流速为1.0mL/min、柱温为30℃、进样量为20μL的色谱条件下对药品中的咖啡因含量进行测定。实验测得咖啡因浓度在12~240μg/mL范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加标回收率为100.61%,相对标准偏差RSD小于1%。用该方法测定复方氨酚烷胺片中的咖啡因,操作简单、快速、准确,结果令人满意。

Abstract:This study established an accurate determination of "Exclamation Mark" brand compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets by high performance liquid chromatographic determination of caffeine method,that is,the mobile phase was methanol-water(70:30),detection wavelength 270 nm,flow rate 1.0mL/min,column temperature was 30 ℃,the injection volume was 20uL drugs under the chromatographic conditions were determined in caffeine.Experimentally measured range of caffeine concentration in the 12-240ug/mL,concentration and peak area was a good linear relationship(r=0.9999),recovery was 100.61%,RSD relative standard deviation less than 1%.This method permitted paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets compound caffeine,simple,rapid,accurate and satisfactory results.
