| 摘 要： | 文章从裁判员职业道德建设的重要意义、裁判员建设的主要内容两个方面着手进行研究,提出裁判员职业道德应通过单位高度重视,切实加强裁判员职业道德建设的领导;加强裁判员的职业道德教育;加强和树立裁判员的职业荣誉感;从激励和约束并重等方面来得以提高。

| Abstract: | From the meaning of referee moraity construction and the main content of the construction, the paper argues that more attention should be paid on the professional morality of referees, and enhace the leadingship the work and the edcation of professional morality, develop the honor sense of referees, and encouragement and restriction should be combined together. All these measures can be used to improve the construction of referee professoinal morality construction. |
