| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、现场观察统计等研究方法,对2009年江苏省青少年武术套路俱乐部比赛运动员难度动作进行统计。结果表明跳跃类动作选做的最多,平均成功率也最高;平衡类动作选得较少,平均成功率较低;腿法类动作整体上没有运动员选用。建议进一步提高运动员技术水平,改进训练方向,提出有效的训练方法。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, P.E. teaching in Chinese universities and colleges continuously goes deep in reform and innovation, the university P.E. course is continuously perfect, and the aerobics has become nowadays the female university student's a kind of vogue sport, really popular in campus. Through the investigation on students' interests, motivation and initiative in participating aerobics course, the paper puts forward some suggestions to help the arrangement of aerobic course in Shihezi University. |
