自由式摔跤运动员训练负荷监控研究

摘    要:如何提高自由式摔跤运动员的体能,在比赛中夺取优异的成绩,日常运动训练负荷的安排是直接影响运动员体能提高的重要因素。本研究通过多年来对自由式摔跤运动员训练负荷的监控,探讨自由式摔跤运动员训练负荷监控方法,为教练员科学系统地安排训练,减少运动员伤病的发生提供客观数据。

Abstract:How to improve the body energy of free style wrestling athletes and let them get best achievement in competition are greatly influenced by their daily taining load arrangement.The study through many years of monitoring on free style wrestling athletes training does the analysis on the training monitoring methods of free style wrestling,tries to provide coaches with evidences of scientifically arranging training and reducing sport injuries.
