| 摘 要： | 体育与军事,既有密切的联系,又有明显的区别,它们相互影响和促进,在人类历史进程中保持着特殊的亲缘关系,在现代已经形成了一个既是体育组成部分,又可纳入军事领域的相对独立的军事体育系统,并在体育及军事活动中,发挥独特的、双重的作用。文章主要运用文献资料研究方法对其进行研究,提出体育锻炼可提高军人的战斗力,培养优良品质;成功的体育还可为国防提供大量合格的后备役人员的观点。
