| Abstract: | Single Wushu movements take the principles of being simple, practical and restoring the authentic Wushu to compose. The movements of Wushu are focusing on actual combat and showing the effect of hitting highlightly. Wushu Single actions are the innovations of traditional sense of the routine. That is a reform of Wushu. The paper studies the principles of choosing and composing the single Wushu actions for the aim of finding some references for the relevant studies. |
