| 摘 要： | 体育课程改革是高校体育改革的突破口。将以运动技术为中心的传统转变为以健身为中心的体育课,是素质教育给高校体育课程提出的新要求。以此为线索,文章提出了对高校体育课程设置存在的问题及改革设想。

| Abstract: | Physical education curriculum reform is the break through point of college P.E. reform. Changing the traditional center of sport technology into fitness keeping in P.E. class is the new requirement of college P.E. curriculum in quality education. So the paper finds out the problems in college curriculum and puts forward some reform ideas. |
