| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法,对有关瑜伽和太极拳推广的文献进行搜索整理,并进行比较研究,结果显示从训练人群,场地设施及动作结构上都有很大的区别,并最终从瑜伽的推广上为太极拳更好的推广提出建议。

| Abstract: | With the method of literature,the paper does the collection of the materials on Yoga and Taijiquan development,and does the comparative study on them.The findings show that:there are great differences in their practicing people,field facilities and move sturctures.The paper finally offers some spreading suggestions for Taijiquan from the spreading of Yoga. |
