| 摘 要： | 文章主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对山西柔道后备人才的培养现状进行分析并得出影响山西柔道后备人才培养的主要原因有:管理体制与训练体制、教练员自身素质、竞赛制度等因素。提出应进一步完善培养机制,拓宽后备人才培养渠道,充分调动各方面参与的积极性。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and statistics,the paper does the analysis on the current conditions of Judo reserve talents fostering and influencing factors,which include management,training,coach quality and competition regulation.Then the paper offers some suggestion on fostering function,widening the channel of reserve talent fostering,fully stimulating enthusiasm from all aspects. |
