| 摘 要： | 文章从山西省实验中学冬令营篮球班的青少年业余男运动员教学、训练的需要入手,对篮球的基本功和教学进行了初步的实验、分析和探讨,通过文献资料法、实验法等方法,为基本功教学提供一些参考和建议,使教师和学生能够重视基本功教学与训练,同时寻找到行之有效的训练方法,在扎实的基本功基础之上,达到整体技、战术水平提高的效果。
