| 摘 要： | 文章针对山西省高校普及太极拳的现状以及教学中应注意的问题作了具体的阐述和分析。研究结果表明：传统的教学模式已不适应现代高校体育教学发展的需要;高校应改进太极拳教学方法,增加授课时数,对教师加强业务培训,加强理论教学,重视课内外衔接,以适应大学生的心理、生理的要求,并与终身体育接轨。
