| 摘 要： | 研究西部省区高等教育发展背景,有助于我们进一步理清欠发达区域高等教育科学发展的脉络路径。我国经济社会转型背景是有中国特色的高等教育体制形成的重要因素。现代科技革命背景是高等教育进入经济社会发展中心,促进经济内生增长的动力因素。我国区域从均衡发展到非均衡发展再到非均衡协调发展的战略背景,是欠发达省区高等教育区域化发展的转换因素。我国高等教育的三项改革背景是对其自身发展产生重大影响的政策因素。
