| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法和对比实验的方法,以动作技能迁移规律为理论基础,对体育院校跆拳道普修课教学内容进行了优化重组设计与实践研究,结果表明:优化重组后的教学不仅实现了课程教学时间的有效压缩,极大地提高了教学效率,而且教学效果显著。以期为体育院校技术类其他课程教学改革提供了参考。
