| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,选取山西省8所本科院校共35名田径教练员作为研究对象。本研究从田径教练员个人专项水平情况、训练实践经验知识、学历层次情况、执教训练年限、个人的指导教学水平、训练知识来源情况等方面来分析山西省普通高校田径教练员的知识结构情况,通过对山西省田径教练员知识结构的了解和研究,指出应进一步接受更专业的、更高级别的学历教育,以完善自己的执教水平,更新执教理念。
