深圳市成年、老年人身体成份的分析研究

摘    要:对深圳市参加体质测试的12000名20~69岁成年、老年人中的1506人(男971、女535)用INBODY3.0人体成分分析仪测试后进行深入分析。采用IN—BODY3.0人体成份分析仪进行体重、脂肪含量、肌肉含量、腹部脂肪比等指标测试,并对数据进行严格审核后,再进行统计分析。分析了男、女BMI指数、脂肪比率和平均数的变化趋势,分别计算了男女BMI指数与脂肪比的相关系数和一元回归方程。研究测得了男、女性从20岁至60岁各年龄段肌肉比率与脂肪比率的平均数,并由此发现了男女性肌肉比率随年龄增加而逐渐减小,脂肪比率随年龄增加而逐渐加大的变化趋势。

Abstract:grows up and old crowd that20-69years old in Shenzhen participate in fitness testing in this re-search,1506people(971man,535woman)are carried on in-depth analysis after the test with INBODY3.0hu-man composition analysis instrument.Adopts INBODY3.0human composition analysis instrument to test the indexes that weight,content of fat,content of muscle,proportion of belly fat.And after verifying the data strictly,car-ry on statistical analysis.Have analysed the variation tendencies of female and male BMI index,fat rate and aver-age.Have calculated separately the correlation coefficient of BMI index compared with fat rate and one yuan the e-quation of coming back.This research examined the male and female average of muscle rate and the fat rate in every age bracket from20years old to60years old.And has found the variation tendency that the male and female mus-cle rate reduces gradually with the increasing age and the fat rate increases gradually with the increasing age.
