台湾城郊型农业营销体制架构及其启示

摘    要:台湾农业在产业结构中比重很低,但却居于岛内经济和对外贸易的突出地位。台湾农业的发展得益于小农经济制度与现代市场经济的有效结合。由调控政策、法律规范、运销组织、基础设施、资讯网络等要件构成的农业营销体制是台湾现代城郊型农业的集中表现。天津农业也属城郊型,与台湾农业具有共同点,但农产品营销方式落后是农业发展的主要障碍。总结台湾农业营销模式的特点,对促进天津农业产业化经营,调整农产品结构,实现农业现代化具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:Although Taiwan's agricultural proportion is very low in the industrial structure, but it occupies the outstanding positions of economy inside the island and foreign trade. The agricultural development in Taiwan profits from the effective combination with peasant's economic system and modern market economy. Agricultural marketing system composed by the regulative and control policy, legal norm, transportation and sales organization, information network, and so on, mainly expresses the characteristics of the modern outskirts type agriculture in Taiwan. The agriculture of Tianjin is also the outskirts type like Taiwan, but its backward agricultureal product marketing way is the main obstacle of agricultural development.So, summarizing the characteristics of the agricultural marketing mode in Taiwan have the references for improving agricultural inductrialization, modulting the agricultural product structure and realizing agricultural modernization in Tianjin.
